What we collect

A parent's email, country or region, a child's age range, the real-life practice the family is interested in, and whether the parent is open to co-creation or interviews. We also record page language, source page, referrer, UTM campaign parameters, and submission time to process applications and understand campaign effectiveness.

What we explicitly do not collect

A child's name, exact birthday, school, photos, health or diagnosis information, or precise location.

Purpose

Only to contact founding families, arrange research or prototype feedback, and understand campaign conversion. We do not sell application data.

Basis and your choices

We process an application after a parent chooses to submit it and gives consent. Opting into prototype co-creation or interviews is optional and can be withdrawn without affecting the general application.

Service providers and data location

Cloudflare provides DNS, Vercel provides global static delivery and the server endpoint, and application records are stored in Supabase's US West region. Information may therefore be processed outside the applicant's country or region. Please read this notice and continue only if you accept that arrangement.

Retention and deletion

We keep information only while it is needed for founding-family recruitment, selection, and necessary follow-up. We delete or anonymise it when that purpose is complete, it is no longer needed, or a parent withdraws consent and asks for deletion, unless law requires continued retention.

Your rights

You may use the privacy email above to request access, a copy, correction or deletion, withdraw consent, or ask how the information is handled. We verify the request against the application email before disclosing information to anyone.

Security and sharing

Browsers cannot access the applications table directly; writes pass through a validated server endpoint. We do not sell the information or use it for advertising profiles. We share it only with service providers needed to operate the site and database, when you authorise us, or when law requires it.
